The reasons I'm conflicted
The designer for this hotel did an very nice job! Staff were wonderful and attentive. The jacuzzi surprise was good in our attractive two-bedroom suite.
Breakfast options were rather limited.

Stayed in king suite which was perfect for me. The location was marvellous and comfortable and the staff were supper friendly.

The property was reasonably clean and staff was delightfully helpful and very amiable. The rooms were all neat and updated with air freshener. The hotel's position was comfortable and unbeatable, away from the river. The stay was absolutely exceptional.

The breakfast was a real letdown-felt more like reheated food. I was expecting more variety.

Enjoyed our three days here. Staff and especially housekeeping was extra friendly. Loved the pillows. On such warm (hot) days it was nice to come back to a nice, clean, air-conditioned room.

The holiday inn had a beautiful design. It felt very sophisticated. We loved the two televisions in our suite! The cleaning staff was fantastic and kept our room super clean. The jacuzzi was a good surprise, and the wave pool with slides, especially the two-person inner tube ride, added extra fun for the kids.

When I book it, they states breakfast included. However, you only got breakfast voucher but we still paid 15dollar extra.

Location close to the restaurant. Also, in in Lakeshore. Nice building and rooms with air freshener. A lot of goodies for breakfast.

The Holiday Inn features a sophisticated design, offering a beautiful ambiance that is both chic and functional. The cleaning staff maintained our One-Bedroom King Suite impeccably. To my surprise, the suite included a jacuzzi.
The breakfast left much to be desired. It felt uninspired and resembled reheated food.

A good jacuzzi surprise
Stepping into our One-Bedroom King Suite was magical, especially when we discovered the jacuzzi! The staff was genuinely friendly.
Breakfast was a disappointment. The food reminded me of reheated leftovers, and the restaurant's decor showed signs of wear and tear, off-putting.
